International CTO, CyberRes (Micro Focus)

With an MBA and Law education, Ramsés is a +22-year security professional with deep expertise in the Risk Management and Governance areas. Ramsés is International Chief Technology Officer at CyberRes, a Micro Focus line of business, where he defines the vision and mission, purpose and promise of the division.

Ramsés believes that a revolution, not an evolution, is needed when considering the move from technology to enterprise risk and that the cloud dimension offers incredible opportunities for businesses today. Governance is essential to facilitate innovation in this changing business environment.  

He holds the following professional accreditations: CISM, CGEIT, CISSP, SCPM, CCSK, ITIL and COBIT Foundations. He is a Six Sigma Black Belt professional and Past International VP for ISACA’s Board of Directors and Immediate Past President and now Ambassador of the Barcelona Chapter. Ramsés is also Executive VP of the Quantum World Association.

Before joining CyberRes, Ramsés was Strategist & Evangelist for the office of the CTO with Symantec and held several positions at Dell Security, CA Technologies, SurfControl and Entelgy.

With already 16 Marathons -and other crazy adventures- on his legs he lives in Barcelona, Spain, with his wonderful wife and his two loved kids.
