Paolo Maria Gangi, LL.M., is an attorney at law, based in Rome, with more than 20 years of experience in providing legal and business advice to Italian as well as international clients.

He regularly counsels clients on contracts, copyright, cultural heritage law, privacy and techlaw.

He acts also as a DPO for some Italian ICT companies. He has developed a specific know-how and advises clients in relation to NFTs, Metaverse, web 3.0, tokeneconomy, blockchain and cryptocurrencies.

Beyond being himself a creator and a collector of NFTs, he created, in February 2022, one of the first NFT in Italy which is composed by an artwork and the right to receive some hours of legal advice by himself in relation to the creation of NFTs.

He periodically writes articles in relation to NFTs, techlaw and privacy. He holds an LL.M. from the University of Leicester in the UK and is fluent in English and Spanish.
