Gianluca Pometto has led an impressive career spanning 15 years of Cyber Security and Digital experience.

He joined UniCredit in 2019, following extensive experience in the US market and brings with him a strong background in technical cyber security and an innovative approach to delivery in the Security area.

Serving as the IT Risk & Cybersecurity Advisory Senior Manager at EY for more than 8 years, Gianluca played a major role in ensuring a consistent delivery of excellent, high-quality products and building valued relationships with clients and colleagues. Through his commitment to this role, he has helped EY build and maintain their global brand, reputation, and purpose.

Gianluca has a track record of excellent interpersonal skills, effectively communicating to all levels of staff and management, managing complex organizations (up to 650 people) and projects achieving high performance results.

Outside UniCredit GianIuca loves to spend quality “analogical” time with his two little girls and wife and enjoys cycling. Always wears the safety helmet.
