55, Graduated in Law, PhD in Civil Law, master High Defense Studies at Italian DoD and Civil-Military Cooperation expert, has a solid 16 years experience as a Law Enforcement officer (military and civilian), specialized in criminal investigations, drug enforcement and intelligence. Since 2004 he has been the Corporate Security Officer and Security Post-Holder in ENAV, the Italian Air Navigation Service Provider. He works mainly for a methodological approach to integrated Security Management System for air navigation services. Relevant his interest in investigating the relationship between Information Security, Physical Security, and human factors in the complexity of the Aviation scenario. 

He serves in several international working groups as a national rep and on behalf of CANSO, particularly ICAO, NATO, as chair of the Transport Group Civil Aviation, European Commission bodies, EASA.
